Admission & Withdrawal Procedure



  • Children who completed 3 years or 4 years in July is eligible for admission to LKG and UKG respectively.

  • For admission in the I Std, a pupil must have completed 5 years and one year to be added for every additional classes.

  • Children from other schools will be admitted on the submission of the T.C. Transfer Certificates from other states should bear the counter signature of the Inspectíng Officers of the concerned states.

  • Birth Certificate and Community Certificate of the child should be produced at the time of admission from the competent Authorities.


Note: Admission fee once paid will not be returned.

  • A Week's notice in writing is required for the withdrawal of a pupil from the school.

  • The Transfer Certificate shall be given to only those have settled all their đues.

  • The Transfer Certificate must be applied for and taken in person by the Parent /Guardian. All expenses in connection with the attestation from the Department of Education or dispatching of the Certificate of Registered Post to the applicant of necessary must be pre-paid by the applicant.

  • The Transfer Certificate or any other testimonials or certificate will be given free of charge of taken immediately when leaving. Otherwise a search fee of Rs.50/- will be charged and Rs.25/- will be charged for any extract from the School record.

  • The wíthdrawals of students should take place before 1st May of every year. If a student withdraws from the school after 1st May, he must pay the first term fees. If the student withdraws in the middle of a term, fees have to be paid for the full year including the bus fees.

  • The students of Std X and XIl are expected to collect their original mark sheets and Transfer Certificates within a week from the publication of the results. The school will not be responsible for the loss of any documents unless they collect on time.
